About our products
Core product line is pressure tight applications with 40” cube machining envelope size. Mid-level production volumes (1K-50K pieces/year) with low to medium component weight (1-100 pounds).
Standard materials machined: aluminum, gray, ductile iron, HISIMO, and Inconel. We specialize in designing and building pressure test units to meet strict leak-test requirements. Two Movac deburring and washing units that allow over 7,000 PSI on site.

Pioneer Products is a recognized machine shop with in-house machine fixtures and leak test design capabilities. Locally owned, ISO and IATF certified. Approximately 165 employees with 100 hours/week of spindle time. We specialize in precision milling and turning tolerances, complex geometry in ferrous and nonferrous metals.
We enjoy long term rep placements to work alongside our inside sales team to help grow new business with new or established customer base.
