The key issues identified:
- Concerns about the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and its impact on efficiency. Manufacturers’ representative members tell us this one is time-consuming and keeps them away from customers.
- Trends of venture capital-backed organizations acquiring manufacturers’ representative firms, potentially leading to information sharing across competitive lines.
