Here is an update on the status of the One-Person Manufacturers’ Representative Member Special Interest Group we mentioned in last month’s iToolbox.
We reached out to some one-person manufacturers’ representative members and created the Leadership Team which is finalizing the sample strategic plan we want to offer. MANA will reach out to all our one-person manufacturers’ representative members to learn if they want to be part of the Special Interest Group and receive the plan. Stay tuned!
MANA hears from our one-person manufacturers’ representative members that they face significant and unique challenges because of the current pandemic. MANA wants to create a Special Interest Group for our one-person manufacturers’ representative members to help with the special needs of one-person rep firms.
We believe that to make this work, the one-person manufacturers’ representative members Special Interest Group needs a Leadership Team. The Leadership Team’s purpose would be to create strategic plans that guide the Special Interest Group to achieve its mission, helping one-person manufacturers’ representative members change how they operate their businesses in a way that increases their profitability and longevity.
We are reaching out to some one-person manufacturers’ representative members to learn if they are interested in being part of the Leadership Team. Once we form the team, and get going, MANA will reach out to all our one-person manufacturers’ representative members to learn if the want so be part of the Special Interest Group. Stay tuned!
