About our products
Majority US owned vertically integrated HIGH PRESSURE DIE CASTING operation opening in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. Seeking good quality business to fill capacity.
Phase 1 includes below and starts Q4, 2024:
- HIGH PRESSURE DIE CASTING: 2 x 800Ton, 1 x 500Ton HPDC aluminum presses.
- SHEET METAL FORMING CAPABILITIES: Laser cutting, bending, forming.
- MACHINING CAPABILTIES: 5 axis horizontal machining centers, CNC lathes, vertical machining centers, CNC saws.
- FINISHING: Ecoat line, Powder coat line, POLISH and BUFF.
Phase 2 starts Q1, 2025:
- HIGH PRESSURE DIE CASTING: 3 x HPDC Zamak presses (Tonnage still being confirmed)
- PLATING: Tin, nickel, copper, chrome plating.
- BRIGHT ANODIZING: (Type II)

DESIGN and TOOL making capabilities. Our team designs and build the tools / fixtures in China, do all the testing there, and then ship the whole shooting gallery over to Mexico. Makes it turn-key and less messing when it arrives in Mexico.
