WomenReps Conference Information

The location of this year’s WomenReps conference is Tempe, Arizona.

Cost: $375

To RSVP for one of the limited spots, pay the conference fee by March 15, 2023. Make your travel reservations. Once we confirm your conference fee, we will send you a link to register for the hotel at the block rate prior to March 31, 2023. There are 15 rooms in the block.

Get ready to connect and learn with other reps by sharing your goals and discussion topics you would like to see included. This is a unique opportunity in a casual setting. Amazing relationships are built at these conferences.

Schedule

• All group dinner: Thursday, April 20, 2023, 4:30 p.m. Cocktails, 5 p.m. dinner at hotel. Connect and meet attendees.
• Program opens: Friday, April 21, 2023, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Programming is in preparation. Dinner off site.
• Program day 2: Saturday, April 22, 2023, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Programming is in preparation. Dinner off site.
• Attendees depart Sunday, April 23. No programming on this day.

Note: You can check into the hotel as early as Tuesday, April 18, if you are looking to come early.

What is included

Two-day conference lunch served both days, appetizer and one drink for Thursday night cocktail.

What is not included

Airfare, Hotel, transportation, dinner on Friday and Saturday.

I have contracted hotel rate of $149 per night and it includes daily breakfast buffet, wi-fi, fitness center, and business center. The guest room rates are quoted exclusive of any applicable taxes (which are currently 14.07%), applicable service fees, and/or hotel-specific fees in effect at the time of the event.

Individual attendees will make reservations for the event directly with the hotel prior to March 31, 2023. Guests may check-in any time after 4:00 p.m. and must check-out no later than 12:00 noon. The hotel cannot guarantee early arrival or late checkouts for groups.
